Do you create meal plans?
I do not create an exact meal plan to follow. Guided by customized macronutrient targets we will create the confidence to make food choices that support your goals whether you are at home or out living life.
Will there be a workout plan?
Each person’s level of fitness is different and each program looks unique. In order to achieve your health goals, there will need to be a plan for movement that fits your lifestyle.
Do I need to give up all my favorite foods?
Absolutely not. While most of our food choices should nourish our body, sometimes we need to nourish the soul as well.
How long is the program/
Because this is not a quick fix or a magical diet, there is a minimum commitment of 90 days. This gives your body and mind time to create and and master habits that support your goals and produce sustainable change.
